Activity: 07.04 - Develop Change
Once a change is approved, the Change Manager is responsible to plan for development of the change. The Change is then handed over to the Delivery Team for further action. The Change Coordinator coordinates the entire development activity. This activity also includes obtaining approval for deploying the change into production.
